Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CasinoBot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the bot immediately.

2. Usage Requirements

  • CasinoBot is intended for users aged 13 or older.

  • Users must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service while using the bot.

  • Any misuse, exploitation, or violation of these terms may result in access restrictions.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

  • CasinoBot collects data necessary for its functionality, including user IDs, server IDs, and economy-related information.

  • All collected data is securely stored and used only for bot functionality.

  • CasinoBot does not share or sell user data.

  • By using CasinoBot, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Payment System

  • CasinoBot offers optional paid features.

  • All payments are processed through third-party platforms, and CasinoBot does not store any financial information.

  • No refunds are provided.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Abusing or exploiting bot commands in any way.

  • Attempting to hack, decompile, or reverse-engineer CasinoBot.

  • Using the bot for illegal activities, spamming, or malicious purposes.

6. Liability and Responsibility

  • CasinoBot and its developers are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from using the bot, including but not limited to lost in-game credits.

  • Users are responsible for their actions while using CasinoBot.

7. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.

  • Continued use of CasinoBot implies acceptance of the latest terms.

8. Termination

  • Users who violate these terms may be permanently restricted from using CasinoBot without prior notice.

  • Developers reserve the right to restrict or terminate CasinoBot’s availability at any time.
